Asus hd7 k013 missing download app

After rooting it, I haven't messed with it that much due to lack of time. A few days ago I decided to download a game Fire Emblem Heroes that just came out so someone else could play it.

That game crashes instantly as I try to boot it. I decided to try and download other games to see if they worked. I downloaded Pokemon Duel, same problem. Crashing on boot. Then my tablet decides to start downloading a system update my tablet was up to 4. I allowed it to install the update. Afterwards, it displays an error, then says no command.

Now my tablet will not even turn on. The screen does a slight blueish glow for a few seconds, but the logo doesn't even appear. I've tried multiple button combinations as well. Any advice on this mess? Apr 6, 25, , 13, Sounds like something you had on the tablet, or something downloading, put things on the tablet you don't want there.

Being rooted would not have helped. You could try starting it in "Safe Mode" or even try a "Hard Reset" of the tablet. However if neither work, it may well be a brick. To get into "Safe Mode" please do the following. First turn off the tablet. Next press and hold "Power" until you see the manufacturers logo on the screen, then release the power button. If you wanted disable it, simply repeat the steps above, and you should see "Safe Mode: OFF" rather than on.

NOTE: Doing this will clear 'all' the data on your tablet, so it is suggested you not choose this option unless you have to, or aren't worried about losing anything on the device.

Be sure you back up any data you want to keep, to a computer or cloud account, before doing the reset. To "Hard Reset" the tablet Make sure that the tablet is actually powered off. Remove your SD card, if there is one in the device. Press the "Power" and the "Volume Up" buttons, together, until you see the start-up logo on the screen.

Once you can see the logo, release the buttons and allow the device to enter the "System Recovery Mode". On the following screen, repeatedly press the "Volume Down" button until the "Yes - delete all user data" option is what is selected. Then press the "Power" button to hard reset the tablet. If you took your SD card out in step 2, when the device is up and running again, reinsert the SD card. You must log in or register to reply here.
